Most individuals will struggle with at least two of these things...

 Who Is Jason Green (Coach Jace)

 Jason Green was one of the youngest high performance regional coaches in the country at just turned 17 years old.
Having a strong passion for competition and sport meant getting into coaching was a natural progression

His passion and physical body was nearly destroyed completely along with his self confidence at just 24 years of age suffering with work related stress bringing Jace to his knees and tears in front of his GP after hiding any sort of emotion for so long resulted in him having 16 weeks off.

Building his own business only made it worse, he ended up working more hours than ever and feeling a responsibility to work that just wasn't allowing any form of balance to take place in his life with stress levels at an all time high.

This had DRAMATIC effects on his ability to stay in shape and feel good, throwing his hormones WAY out of balance, low testosterone, high cortisol (stress), all meant body fat clung to him. and make it excruciatingly difficult to get in shape and EVEN harder to maintain it.

Secondly, if you have a gym background and would like to do some weighted exercise too, then we have preset programs with development built in ranging from beginner to intermediate to, you'd be insane to try this, just incase.
